- The tent rental fee for Braemar residents is $50.
- The $50 fee will be considered your reservation; no verbal/phone reservations will be accepted. The fee is to be dropped off with the BHO Treasurer.
- If the tent reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the rental date the $50 tent rental fee will be refunded.
- If the tent reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the rental date, the $50 tent rental fee will not be refunded unless the tent is rented for that date by another neighbor.
- Full payment of the tent rental is required in order to pick-up the tent.
- As a good neighbor it is expected that the tent will be returned in good condition:
- Tent should be clean, dry and folded in the carrying bag.
- Poles and spikes clean and in their carrying bag.
